Terms and Conditions:
- The terms and conditions of sale are available in the general terms of sale.
- These prices are valid Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
- Outside of these hours, a 30€ supplement applies, and the labour rate increases by 50%.
- All work that cannot be charged by the hour will be quoted, and the customer will be informed in advance.
- The first hour is always charged in full, with subsequent time charged in half-hour increments.
- The diagnostic service for providing a quote or identifying a fault will be billed according to the labour and call-out fees specified in this tariff.
- A service is considered urgent if requested and attended on the same day.
